We coordinated most of the inspections and nitty gritty over state lines using email, text, and phone and everything proceeded smoothly, inspections were done on time, and we finally closed on a property that I was happy with! Jeff Dorcene is a very good agent to work with! At our initial meeting, he listened carefully to the new home features we desired and provided us with numerous options available in the market area he covers. Because we lived about 3 hours away from our search area, Jeff performed walking tours of properties of interest that allowed us to decide whether or not to do our own onsite tour. One of the places Jeff toured for us actually became our first choice as well as the first choice of I believe 3 other buyers. Jeff provided us with the insight necessary to submit the winning offer, including the amount of the offer necessary to secure the deal.

Jeff worked with us every step of the way in establishing the contract, securing access for inspectors, and coordinating issues between the sellers, the title company, the inspectors, and our lender. Jeff was available to us at any time of the day and into the evening when necessary and he did an excellent job of keeping us on track to close the deal. If I ever had a question that he could not answer immediately, he would efficiently obtain that answer from one of his contacts or from the other parties involved in the deal.

My wife and I both are big fans of Jeff and highly recommend him to others looking for property in the Temple/Waco, Texas area. We would also like to say that Jeff's employer, Randall Morris and Associates, maintains several offices in Texas. We began our search using their San Marcos, Texas office and were ultimately referred to Jeff in the Temple, Texas office for assistance.
